Puyallup Veterans Memorial

Honor Our Veterans

The City of Puyallup Veterans Memorial is a monument to honor veterans, both past and present, who have died in the service to their country and to those who serve or have served. The statue was dedicated on Memorial Day in 2002.

The memorial is located in downtown Puyallup in historic Pioneer Park, and clearly visible from the main thoroughfare. The interactive memorial depicts a soldier bending down to help a comrade. The soldier's hand is extended, reaching out to the living, symbolizing the need to remember all those who have fought for freedom.

Plaques & Engraved Bricks

A bronze plaque is located at the memorial listing the names of those from Puyallup who have lost their lives in war. A small courtyard surrounds the statue, where bricks suitable for engraving have been placed. Orders may be made at any time throughout the year; however, engravings may take up to one year before being placed at the memorial, depending on the size of the order and the weather.  You can order your bricks online here.

You may also order a brick by filling out the form to the right and call 253-841-4321 to pay via credit card. Alternately, you can mail the form with a check to the City Clerk's Office, 333 S. Meridian. Puyallup, WA  98371.
