SSA is a leadership council consisting of Pierce and South King County cities and towns, together with public and private organizations, that pursue data-driven collaborative strategies leading to healthier communities, an improved environment, and an innovative and thriving economy. Over the last year, the group has met monthly to discuss matters of concern to the region and has recently begun to work on two potential strategies for improving issues related to transportation and economic development. At our June meeting, the group will be ready to present their strategies and solicit further comments and ideas about activating them. I am hoping that all or most of you will be able to attend and offer your thoughts at this meeting. Please RSVP at the following link: https://bit.ly/2IyTizj
