The Planning Commission will consider the minutes from the February 8, 2017 meeting.

Institutional Zoning

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the possible modification of the Public Facilities zone to include an "Institutional" designation/allowance, which would allow for private school uses. The Commission has discussed this at multiple work sessions since it was first introduced in September, 2016. This proposal would modify PMC 20.44 PF - Public Facilities, PMC 20.15 Definitions, and modify the PF land use designation description in the Comprehensive Plan. Please see the attached staff report and draft code and comprehensive plan language being proposed.

Persons wishing to testify may submit written comments before the hearing to the Planning Division, or may submit written comments or verbal testimony at the hearing. The Planning Commission recommendation will be forwarded to City Council for their consideration later this year.
