Authorize the Acceptance of a grant in the amount of $301,740 from the Puget Sound Regional Council for the Safe Routes to School Wildwood Park Drive Sidewalk project and amend the budget and capital plan as appropriate
7.II.
Accept a grant in the amount of $810,000 from the Washington State Department of Transportation for the 5th St SW/NW Adaptive Signal Controls project and amend the 2017 budget as required
7.III.
Authorize the acceptance of a Puget Sound Regional Council grant in the amount of $750,000 for resurfacing North Levee Road and amend the budget and capital plan as appropriate
7.IV.
Approve a contract with KPG in an amount not to exceed $687,395 for engineering design services of several culverts to convey Deer Creek under Shaw Road
7.V.
Accept the work completed by WHH Nisqually Federal Services, LLC for the installation of a replacement water main from the spring source tothe chlorination building also known as the Salmon Springs Water Main Replacement Phase 1 project

Authorize the City Manager to execute the purchase of a passenger bus from Schetky Northwest in the amount of $77,788.91 for the Activity Center

Approve the City Manager's selection of the City of Tacoma Hearing Examiner's Office to serve as the Interim Puyallup Hearing Examiner between February and May 2017

Amendment to City Manager Employment Contract

Approve accounts payable, payroll and electronic fund transfers of $8,752,945.65; ratify and confirm payments as previously authorized by the finance director

First reading of an ordinance granting a non-exclusive franchise to Sprint Communications Company LP for the installing of fiber optic lines and facilities in the city right-of-way
