Approve the City Manager to execute a contract with CH2MHill for Traffic Engineering Services for 2017, in an amount not to exceed $249,971.86, and in a form as approved by the City Attorney

Approve the purchase of a right of way mower from Washington Tractor in the amount ouf $166,441.36 and authorize the City Manager to execute purchase documents as approved by the City Attorney

Authorize the City Manager to sign an agreement with Pierce County, in an amount not to exceed $85,000, for traffic maintenance services including centerline striping

Approve accounts payable, payroll and electronic fund transfers of $7,296,165.60; ratify and confirm payments as previously authorized by the finance director
